Oaklands Nursery was earlier being provided with their telephone systems and broadband for both their premises by a large telecom supplier, whose services they weren’t happy with. Their services lacked personalisation and aftercare. Being a nursery with children on the premises, a number of restrictions and high levels of caution had to be practised to maintain an infrastructure that is safe and compliant for children.
For the purposes of upgrading their telecommunications infrastructure, new cabling in both the premises was essential which demanded meticulous planning so as to keep cables and equipment out of harm’s way of the children, all the phones in the children’s barred from outgoing calls.
