JPM Capital were looking at updating their outdated analogue phone system with no call reporting or CRM integration

What we Proposed

V4One offered to make an upgrade from their existing old analogue phone systems to state-of-the-art IP desk phones, with extra features tailored to JPM.

The Result

  • JPM Capital benefitted from a new phone system that has a super-fast interface with Contact Centre Dashboards for their PCs and TVs.
  • We also integrated Click to Dial with their NetSuite CRM bringing additional convenience and increasing productivity to employees.
  • Automated Call reporting was set up allowing for daily emails of all calls in the day to be sent in a easy to navigate CSV file as well as all calls integrating with their CRM. The Directors can now monitor calls within their CRM and emails effortlessly.
