Livingstone House Case Study

3rd June, 2019

How V4 helped Livingstone House upgrade their business communications.

The Background

Livingstone House based in Birmingham provides a comprehensive and holistic treatment programme for individuals aged 18 - 64. Their residential Unit comprises a detox, primary, secondary and re-entry phase back into society utilising a 12 step approach to the management and treatment of addictive behaviour. They are abstinence-based and offer recovery from active addiction.

The Challenge

Being a charity, Livingstone House works on a limited budget and were looking for a tailored phone and broadband solution that is affordable and backed by good support and service. These are essentials they weren’t receiving from their previous telecoms supplier. Which is why they got in touch with V4 Cloud seeking a suitable solution.

Livingstone House is a small team which makes it more crucial for them to be in constant contact via emails, telephone. They had slow broadband before which made operations challenging given the long wait to connect to servers. They were also looking for phone systems that could support internal communications.

The Solution

As a common practice, V4 allocated a dedicated account manager and engineer to manage the client from Day 1 before signing of SLA to understand client needs and create a suitable solution. The same account manager is responsible for the client’s entire journey from solution building to SLA, installation and aftercare.

V4 created an affordable solution which consisted of high-speed fibre optic broadband to overcome speed lags and boost productivity. A tailored phone system solution that also supported internal calling. All of these backed by SLA and dedicated aftercare

The Result

V4 successfully installed and tested the high - speed fibre optic broadband and phone systems within schedule. Client was extremely satisfied with the hardware, software, service and support package. All of these solutions were achieved within client budget and as they said, “they got a bang for their buck!”.
